Iraq Shelves NGL Pipeline Through Turkey
MEES learns from well-placed Iraqi sources that the 3mn ton/year natural gas liquids (NGL) pipeline between Iraq and Turkey has been shelved because "its economics are not positive." According to the Iraqi official, current and projected prices of liquid petroleum gas (LPG) in the Arabian Gulf and the Mediterranean are not in favor of the project.
