Agfund Grants $lmn for Gaza Strip
The Arab Gulf Fund for UN Development (Agfund) has approved a $1mn grant for the development of a sewage disposal scheme in the Israeli-occupied Gaza strip being administered by the United Nations Development Fund, according to an announcement on 12 February. The total cost of the project is estimated at $14mn. The US has agreed to contribute $1mn.
