Al Mal Leads Euratom Ecu Issue
The London-based Al Hal Group has pulled off a minor coup by arranging, together with Societe Generale de Banque, an issue of 1997 bonds worth Ecu50mn for the European nuclear energy agency Euratom. The notes carry a 10% coupon, and half the issue is reportedly designated for placement in the Middle East.
