GCC Nationals Allowed Ownership of Private Property in Member States 

Gulf nationals will be allowed, as of 1 March, to own residential property not exceeding 3,000 square meters in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states - Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and the UAE.
