The Kuwait Oil Tankers Company (KOTC), a subsidiary of the state-owned Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), is planning to convert two of its crude oil tankers the 290,084 dwt Razimah and the 267,911 dwt al-Faiha - into dual purpose vessels capable of carrying products as well as oil.
