OPEC PRODUCTION UP IN FEBRUARY
After hitting a low point of 14.7mn b/d in January, OPEC crude productionrecovered to around 16.25mn b/d in February, according to preliminary MEESestimates. However, the two-month average still works out way below the OPECceiling of 16mn b/d. The bulk of the February increase in production came fromIran, Saudi Arabia and Nigeria. The table overleaf details MEES productionestimates for the two months in question.
