European Commission Recommends Liberal Policy on Products Imports 

Refined products exports to the European Economic Community (EEC) from the new export refineries in the OPEC countries should not be subject to tariffs provided they do not exceed 20mn tons a year by 1990, according to a European Commission communication to the EEC Council of Ministers published on 13 March.
