Dugas Announces Higher Production Capacity
Following its $140mn expansion project launched in 1983 and completed in mid-1984 (MEES, 9 July 1984), the Dubai Natural Gas Company (Dugas) announced last week that the production capacity of its liquefaction plant at Jebel Ali has risen to 1,O00 tons/day of propane, 700 tons/day of butane, 9,000 b/d of condensate and 130mn cubic ft./day of dry gas.
