SFD Lends Rwanda $12.5mn for Road Project
The Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) has agreed to lend Rwanda SR45.36mn ($12.5mn) to help finance a road project linking the country with the port of Mombasa in Kenya, according to a statement issued on 23 April. The loan is repayable over 20 years, including a five-year grace period, with a 2% annual charge.
