Turkish-Italian Consortium Offers Lowest Bid for Turkish Section Pipeline
The Turkish-Italian consortium of Tekfen, Kutlutas and Saipem has filed the lowest bid - $290mn - for the 558-km Turkish section of the new 500,000 b/d crude oil pipeline to carry Iraqi oil to the Ceyhan terminal on the Mediterranean coast.
