Nigeria Signs Counter-Trade Deal with France
The Nigerian Oil Minister, Mr. Tam David-West, has revealed that Nigeria has concluded counter-trade arrangements with France, Italy, Brazil and Austria and that similar deals are being negotiated with Japan, Hungary and Bulgaria.
