Algeria Allocates $108bn for New Five-Year Plan 

Algeria's new 1985-89 five-year plan provides for overall investments of 550bn dinars ($108bn at the current exchange rate of DA5.1 = $1), an increase of 37% over the total of DA400.6bn in the 1980-84 plan (MEES, 9 February 1981).
