IPIC Ponders Downstream Oil Investments
Abu Dhabi's International Petroleum Investment Corporation (IPIC) is studying the possibility of downstream oil investments in Europe and the United States, according to Mr. Khalifah Muhammad al-Shamsi, IPIC's director.
