Amendment Proposed to KFAED By-Laws
A bill has been proposed in the Kuwaiti National Assembly requiring that future aid provided by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) be in the form of Kuwaiti goods (whenever available) or services provided by local consulting and engineering offices. The proposed amendment was made by five deputies and is intended to help the local construction industry and consulting firms.
