Shell Chief Advocates North Sea Production Cut to Help Stabilization of Oil Prices
Mr. Peter Holmes, Chairman of Shell Transport and Trading, believes that Britain should be making some contribution to help OPEC stabilize oil prices by cutting North Sea production.
