UAE Banks Licensed for Share Dealing
Twenty two banks in the UAE have been authorized to handle issues of new shares under the terms of Ministerial Directive numbers 35 and 36 of 1985, which were issued on 5 July. The directives also lay down the minimum requirements for information memoranda.
