KUWAIT'S 'ALI KHALIFAH URGES NON-OPEC EXPORTERS TO HELP OPEC STABILIZE PRICES
Kuwait's Minister of Oil and Industry, Shaikh 'Ali Khalifah al-Sabah, has urged non-OPEC oil exporting countries, such as Britain, Norway and the Soviet Union, to recognize that their best interests lie in a policy of production restraint with a view to helping OPEC stabilize oil prices in these difficult times.
