OAPEC Oil Production Rose 4.2% in 1984
Crude oil production in the member states of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) increased from 10.98mn b/d in 1983 to 11.44mn b/d in 1984 (a rise of 4.2%), while oil revenues declined to $102.4bn in 1984, a drop of 7.5% from 1983, according to the OAPEC Secretary General's Eleventh Annual Report for 1984.
