IBRD Lends $28mn for Tunisian Irrigation Project
The World Bank has agreed to lend Tunisia $27.7mn for an irrigation project in the east central part of the Governorate of Gabes, according to an announcement on 18 July. The project, costing $58.3mn, will be co-financed by the government, ($8.4mn), the National Bank of Tunisia ($2.9mn), and the beneficiaries ($5mn).
