Libya and Italy Amend Oil Agreement
MEES learns that Libya has agreed to deliver 25,000 b/d of crude oil on a netback basis to Italy's ENI as a result of an agreement reached on 27 July in Rome at the end of the meeting of the Libyan-Italian mixed commission, headed by the two countries' Foreign Ministers, Mr. 'Ali 'Abd al-Salam al-Turaiki and Mr. Guilio Andreotti. The new crude supply is in addition to the evergreen agreement of July 1984 (MEES, 6 August 1984)...
