BP To Build Dubai Lube Plant
The Dubai-based BP Arabian Agencies is reportedly planning to build a 20,000-30,000 ton/year lube oil plant in Dubai's Jebel Ali industrial area. The plant, estimated to cost $10mn, will use base oils imported from Saudi facilities in Jiddah, with the projected output being marketed throughout the Gulf.
