Pennzoil to Explore Onshore
Pennzoil of the US has been awarded a 1,930-square mile onshore exploration permit south of Oujda in north-eastern Morocco. Pennzoil, with a 30% interest, is the operator for a group comprising the state-owned Moroccan oil company Onarep (50%), Pago Producing Co. of the US (10%), Rutherford Oil of the US (5%), and Maersk Oil of Denmark (5%).
