Lebanese Parliament Approves 1985 Budget
The Lebanese Parliament on 1 August approved the 1985 general budget andindependent budgets totaling LL12,888mn ($758mn at the current rate of$1=LL17). Under the general state budget for the fiscal year 1985 starting on 1January, which was approved by the Lebanese cabinet last October, totalexpenditures and revenues are estimated at LL11,377mn ($669mn) and LL9,567mn($563mn)...
