Low-Key Arab Presence in Bond Market 

Arab bond houses kept a very low profile in the primary sector of the bond market during the last month, with only three issues managed. The only floating rate issue handled by Arab banks was a small subordinated issue for a second tier Swedish bank, Sundsvallsbanken.
