Haas Appointed Head of Pemex European Office
Mexico's Pemex has appointed Mr. Pedro Haas as head of its European Office, based in Paris, with effect from 16 September 1985. Mr. Haas was formerly Assistant to Pemex's International Trade Coordinator in Mexico City.
