SABIC'S Capital Investments Total $10.6bn at End 1984
The Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) has invested a total of SR38.6bn ($10.6bn) in its first generation industries, most of which were in operation at the end of 1984, and plans to invest a further SR16.4bn ($4.5bn) in second generation industries to be launched under its 1985-1990 five-year plan, according to the 1984 SABIC Annual Report.
