Lebanese Reserves Fall Again
The foreign exchange reserves of the Lebanese government, which had recovered earlier this year (MEES 15 July), have again resumed their decline and reached $879mn by 15 September according to figures published in the local press and attributed to the country's central bank, the Banque du Liban.
