Kazakhstan Facing Disruptions In Russian Supply To Pavlodar Refinery
Kazakhstan’s Minister of Oil and Gas Sauat Mynbayev told reporters on 21 May that Russian crude supply to the 163,000 b/d Pavlodar refinery has been disrupted.
