Algeria To Spend $63Bn On Energy Projects Over The Next Five Years
Defying the global economic gloom, Algerias Minister of Energy and Mines Chakib Khelil announced last week that $63bn would be invested in the countrys oil and gas sector between 2009 and 2013, a dramatic increase from last years estimated five-year spending plan of $45bn.
