China’s Crude Imports Reach Record 25.5Mn Tons In May
China’s crude oil imports rose by 14.4% in May to a record 25.5mn tons or 5.99mn b/d, according to data released by the country’s General Administration of Customs. Imports during April amounted to 22.26mn tons (5.41mn b/d). For the first five months of the year, China has imported a total of 118.34mn tons (5.68mn b/d).
