Lebanon Signs Contract For Turkish Power Ships
The Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water on 13 July signed a three-year contract worth $360mn with the Turkish firm Karkey Karadeniz Elektrik Uretim (KKEU) to lease two electricity generating ships expected to produce a total of 270mw.
