NIC Head Outlines Iraqi Downstream Plans
 
Iraq’s plans for new downstream oil projects include a world-scale petrochemicals plant, four fertilizer plants and three oil refineries, according to National Investment Commission (NIC) Chairman Sami al-Araji.
