OPEC Heads To Vienna With Compliance Playing Catch-Up
OPEC ministers will head to their critical 15 March meeting in Vienna with output discipline improving steadily. However, members delayed response to production cut decisions made late last year mean that the impact of those cuts will not be fully felt by the time of the meeting, complicating any decision to cut further. Compliance issues are likely to dominate discussions yet again.
