Khelil Forecasts 60% Fall In Oil Revenues In 2009, After Algeria Posts Record $76.4Bn Earnings
Algerias Minister of Energy and Mines Chakib Khelil said on state radio last week that if energy prices stay at their current levels, Algeria would earn around $30bn from its hydrocarbon revenues in 2009.
