Irans External Debt Fell To $23.3Bn By September 2008
Irans external debt at the end of the first half of the Iranian year 1387, corresponding to 21 September 2008, fell to $23.304bn $7.247bn short-term and $16.057bn long-term from $26.270bn at the end of the first quarter (20 June 2008), according to the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) in its latest quarterly bulletin Economic Trends.
