Oman Targeting Steady Crude Output Through 2018


Oman expects to boost its oil output above 950,000 b/d this year, and maintain such a level for at least another four years, a top official at Oman’s Ministry of Oil and Gas (MOG) said this week. This implies a hike of at least 10,000 b/d in crude and condensates production from 2013 volumes, which were already a 12-year high (see graph).
