Opec’s eight Mena members added 6.7% to their combined crude distillation unit (CDU) capacity in 2014, according to the organization’s Annual Statistic Bulletin 2015. Most held capacity steady, with only Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Iran boosting throughput potential.
