State-owned National Oil Corporation (NOC) has offered a crude cargo for export from the Zueitina terminal in the northeast in early October, according to trading sources. Crude loaded in late August, but only as a precautionary measure against the threat to storage facilities posed by fighting in the area between the Petroleum Facilities Guard (PFG) and the Libyan National Army (LNA - MEES, 26 August).
