Kuwait eyes over 300mn cfd gas output gains by end-2017, slashing the need for LNG imports – currently at record levels.

Oil Minister Isam al-Marzuq announced last week that Kuwait’s production of non-associated gas will hit 510mn cfd by the end of the year, up from 179mn cfd according to the latest figures from Kuwait Oil Company (KOC).
