Bahrain state oil firm Bapco has awarded a $4.2bn engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract to France’s Technip FMC, Korea’s Samsung Engineering and Spain’s Tecnicas Reunidas for the long-planned Bapco Modernization Program.
