Iraqi sales gas production roared beyond 1.4bn cfd for the first time in December as it hit a record 1.44bn cfd. Coupled with higher gross gas output of 3.16bn cfd it also managed to curb flaring rates to some of their lowest level in 2018 – a still abysmal 54.3% of all gas produced went up in smoke.
