Mustafa Sanalla, head of Libya’s NOC has managed to boost output to almost 1.3mn b/d despite ongoing fighting that has reached Tripoli. If the security situation improves he says 300-400,000 b/d could be added, but that is far from certain. Mr Sanalla spoke to MEES in Vienna ahead of this week’s Opec meeting.
