Daelim Awarded $260M Pipelines Contract In Kuwait
South Koreas Daelim Industrial Company announced on 7 June that had been awarded a $260mn contract to build 60km of oil pipelines in Kuwait. The new pipelines will replace existing ones in the southern Magwa oilfield. The pipelines link southern and northern storage tanks at the field. Daelim will undertake the project, scheduled for completion in 2010, on a turnkey basis.
