Iraqi Kurdistan Signs MOU For Refinery Project
A Lebanese-owned company, Make Oil, has announced that on 4 July it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Minister of Oil in the Iraqi Kurdistan government, Ashti Hurami, to build a 250,000 b/d refinery in the region at a cost of $2.9bn.
