Egypts 2005 Oil Production Slides While Gas Output Climbs
Egyptian crude oil production declined throughout 2005 to average 578,945 b/d for the year, compared to 594,657 b/d in 2004, according to data released by the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC).
