Syria Raises Gasoline Prices By Over 20%
The Syrian Ministry of Economy and Trade has issued a decree raising the price of gasoline by more than 20% with effect from 25 January. The price of 20 liters of super gasoline goes up from S480 ($9.2) to S600 ($11.5), while that of regular gasoline rises to S590 ($11.3) per 20 liters.
