Total Lays Groundwork For Sudan Return By Updating Block B PSA
Total announced on 21 December it had agreed with the Sudanese authorities to update its production-sharing agreement (PSA) of 1980 covering the 118,000 sq km Block B in the southeast of the country. The company (operator 32.5%) suspended exploration on the block in 1985 due to the deteriorating security in the early stages of Sudans civil war. But Total started talks...
