Iraqs NOC Works To Reverse Capacity Slippage
Production from fields operated by Iraqs state-owned North Oil Company (NOC) has fallen by around 60,000 b/d over the past year, with output slippage at the key Kirkuk field mainly responsible. But an NOC source tells MEES the NOC plans within the next two weeks to launch a tender for a major rehabilitation of the Kirkuk field that should see output there go from 300,000 b/d to 700,000-750,000...
