Dubais ENOC Plans Bulk Terminal In Singapore, Upgrade For Jebel Ali Refinery
Dubai-based Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) announced on 14 January that its subsidiary Horizon Terminal Limited (HTL) had awarded construction contracts for a $200mn bulk liquids terminal that would be built at Banyan, Jurong Island in Singapore.
