President George Bush has hailed Iraqs parliamentary elections as a resounding success even before the results (or turnout figures) have been made known. Mr Bush has also devoted a fair part of his state of the union message to his plans for the Middle East, which include a fresh commitment at least verbally to the peace process. The Turks have continued to voice concern over developments in Kirkuk....
